Dave Doran brings a wealth of experience to our team. Dave Doran is an experienced Real Estate Broker/Agent with EXIT Lakes Realty in the St. Paul/Minneapolis market.

Dave started in the real estate and mortgage business in 2002. Shortly after, he became a full time Realtor and Residential Investor.  His successful investing experience has significantly helped Dave grow his business with investor clients.  David owns and manages 4 single family homes, a 4-plex and a duplex in the Twin Cities.

Due to the changing market, he puts a strong focus on listing REO (Bank-Owned) properties for Bank of America. This has drastically increased his sales volume and kept him on the cutting edge of dealing with foreclosures in the Twin Cities.
